Dr. Kaitlyn Stafford assists IMHC, Inc. with fundraising and coordination and has served as a faculty member, consultant, and supervisor for the Postgraduate Education Institute in Ukraine. Dr. Stafford holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision from Regent University and is an LCSW in the states of Alabama, Hawaii, and Florida. Dr. Kaitlyn Stafford owns and operates a private practice where she specializes in the treatment of complex trauma. She is a certified EMDR practitioner and an EMDR Consultant. Dr. Stafford is an Assistant Professor at the Townsend Institute at Concordia University Irvine.  Dr. Stafford is a military spouse and much of her research is focused on the careers and life satisfaction of military spouses.
